What is SpreadPic?

SpreadPic extracts images from spreadsheet files and renames them based on keywords in your spreadsheet. Works entirely in your browser.

How do I extract images?

Upload your spreadsheet file, select the column with keywords, and click Extract. You'll get a ZIP with all images properly named.

Which formats are supported?

We support .xlsx .xlsm .xltx .xltm .xls.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is there a file size limit?

Free users: up to 10 MB. Premium users: up to 100 MB.

How many images can I extract?

Free users can extract up to 50 images per day. Premium users enjoy unlimited extraction.

Do I need to install any software?

No! SpreadPic is a web-based tool that works in any modern browser. No downloads required.

How does renaming work?

We look at the cell next to the image in your spreadsheet. You choose which column to use as the name source.

How does the referral program work?

Premium subscribers only. After subscribing, share your unique referral link from the Dashboard. When a friend signs up through your link, both of you get 180 days of free Premium access. No limit on how many friends you can invite!
